Hunni & Chlo Support Program: Public Schools
We just love giving back, so much so, that we have identified local public schools in disadvantaged areas that we work closely with. This initiative aims to ensure that many girls have the dignity, comfort, and opportunity to pursue their education without interruption.
At Hunni and Chlo, we are dedicated to improving the lives of schoolgirls across South Africa by providing free, high-quality sanitary pads to their schools. Additionally, we are soon launching sanitary dispensers to simplify access to sanitary pads.
Our Program Objectives
Eliminate Hygiene Barriers
Provide a reliable supply of sanitary pads to schoolgirls, ensuring they can attend school comfortably during their menstrual cycles.
Educate and Empower
Incorporate educational workshops that teach girls about menstrual health management, hygiene, and self-care.
Feedback Mechanism
Establish a feedback system with schools to monitor the initiative’s impact and make adjustments as needed.
Monthly Distribution
Schools will receive a monthly supply of Hunni & Chlo’s eco-friendly, biodegradable sanitary pads, ensuring consistent availability.
Workshops and Seminars
Organize quarterly workshops for students and training for teachers on menstrual health, led by healthcare professionals.
Promote Gender Equality
Help reduce the stigma associated with menstruation and promote gender equality in educational settings.
Partner with Schools
Collaborate with public school administrations to identify needs and coordinate the distribution of sanitary pads.

Attendance Tracking
Monitor girls' attendance records to measure improvements and correlate them with the provision of sanitary pads.
